Refunds & Final Sale Policy

Every product in our shop is created especially for you, the moment you place your order, just like a little piece of magic made fresh from our world to yours. Because each item is custom-printed just for your princess, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

 

If Something Unexpected Happens

We want every order to arrive as beautifully as imagined.

If your item arrives with a problem that falls under our production partner’s guarantee, please let us know by contacting us at hello@happybloombloom.com, and we will make it right.

This includes:

  • Misprints or printing mistakes
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item received
  • Packages lost in transit
  • Serious quality issues

Think of it as our promise to keep your magical experience shining bright.

To request a replacement due to any of the above problems, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the problem

We’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

Why Everything Is Final Sale

Each item is made to order and crafted one at a time just for your little one, not taken from a big warehouse. Because these creations are unique and produced individually, they cannot be returned to inventory, which is why all purchases are Final Sale, unless covered by the issues above.
