Delivery

Each item in our shop is made to order, like a little treasure crafted just for your little one.

Please allow 2 to 7 days for your order to be lovingly created before it begins its journey.

Once it ships, typical delivery times are:

  • USA: 3 to 4 business days
  • International: 5 to 15 business days

To keep the magic flowing smoothly, please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

 

How Are Your Products Made?

All of our products are created with care through a trusted, high-quality print-on-demand partner. They have fulfillment facilities around the world. Your order will be crafted and shipped from the location that can deliver it most efficiently.

Ordering Internationally

We ship magic all around the world.

(Some items may not be available for international shipping)Shipments outside the USA may include customs fees that vary depending on your country’s policies.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, we highly recommend adding your phone number when placing an international order.

 

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes once it reaches your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient.

If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, the order may be refunded for the item cost only, minus the return shipping fees.
Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

 

Delivery Issues

We want every package to arrive safely, beautifully, and full of enchantment.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if it never arrives at all, please contact us within 7 days at:

These situations are covered under our fulfillment partner’s protection.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos if applicable

We will assist you as quickly as possible.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded

Sometimes magic takes a little longer than expected.
If your delivery goes beyond the estimated time frame, please reach out so we can investigate with our shipping partners.

During holiday seasons, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days due to increased carrier volume.
